Meet the team
Ngozi is a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant at Orange Public Schools, New Jersey and Assistant Dean of Special Education for Teach-Beyond Transformational Education Services, USA. Ngozi has a passion for educating the marginalized and vulnerable population, locally and internationally. On that premise, she called like-minded Christian educators with whom she founded COFY incorporated with the aim of Creating Opportunities for Youth, especially those with special needs.
Ngozi was born in Benin City, Nigeria. She holds a B.A. Honors (Applied Arts) University of Benin, M.F.A. University of Nigeria, Nsukka, M.A. (Special Education), Kean University, and Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at the Bethel University, St. Paul’s, Minnesota.
Ngozi is author of Lyrics of the Gong, Authorhouse, Indianapolis, 2011 and Called Together, Bookmarkers, Ibadan and To Have and To Hold, Dortin Family Series, Sewaren, 2021.
